2. When this privacy policy applies

2.1 This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected by Valeo Groupe. The Privacy Policy does not apply to any collection of personal information by third party companies, individuals, organisations or via other websites which the Valeo Groupe website may link to. 12.2 If we change the way in which we use or share your personal information we will update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of any significant changes and where necessary we will obtain your consent before using your personal information for any new purpose.

13 Your rights in relation to your personal information

13.1 We process and respond to all requests regarding personal information within one calendar month. We may ask for additional information we believe is necessary to comply with a request. We may charge a reasonable fee if the request is excessive or manifestly unfounded.

13.2 You may:

13.2.1 request access to your personal information or have it erased;

13.2.2 object to us processing your personal data under certain circumstances or request the restriction of processing; and

13.2.3 request that we stop using your personal information (if you have consented to us sending you marketing communications) for this purpose at any time.
