ABOUT

OVERVIEW

OUR EYES ARE ALWAYS ON THE HORIZON
Valeo Groupe develops, builds, and operates student & senior housing communities that make a positive impact on the world. It all began with a unique vision: to create a vertically-integrated platform that could develop the best student & senior housing properties in the industry. We knew we could make a difference in residents lives by delivering a customer-focused, service-enriched experience they couldn’t find anywhere else.

THE VALEO LEGACY
What started as an idea in 2004, grew into Campus Crest Communities, the second largest publicly traded student housing platform in the world within 10 years of its inception. Today, that same group is leading the industry again, with multinational interests in both senior and student niche housing markets through its holdings in Valeo Groupe Americas, Valeo Groupe Europe and Valeo Groupe Nordics. At the companies’ helm is Ted W. Rollins, whose idea remains simple: To build better, live better and do better. These principles, along with a legacy of “purpose-built” innovation, have set Valeo’s foundation for investment and development strategies, community and environmental initiatives, as well as its commitment to one another.

Today, built on a trail already blazed, this team of seasoned pioneers – boasting in excess of 150 years in real estate banking, investing, development, construction and management across three continents – is changing the landscape of niche housing again – making people and stakeholders happy around the world.
